Customized to you and your life.Beyond the Mind is my signature one on one mentorship container where you get out of your head and into your presence.We go deep into the mind, the body and the spirit to activate your own inner wisdom so you can wake up everyday feeling safe being more and more the real you!Natural consequences of this container are enhanced relationships, confidence, calm and clarity.Women who choose to work with me are either on a path of self acceptance/self love and/or are wanting support to stretch themselves out of their comfort zones so they can achieve what has always seemed just out of reach.You must be wholeheartedly committed to your personal growth and expansion to work together.Weekly virtual sessions.

I’m Jane, and I'm thrilled you are here...Since 2019, my focus has been to support women who are constantly in their heads or juggling too much to reclaim their calm, their power, their clarity. What I like to call your "True Self."I show you how to connect to your inner anchor and inner compass.By-products of working with me: calm/ease, enhanced relationships, direction, momentum, self trust, self love and joy.My job is not to empower you; it's simply to hold the space for you to empower yourself.Because the truth is, the power and the answers that are unique to your life are already in you. You just need someone to show you where to look!Every single client journey lights me up so much, that there are few things I'd rather be doing.I am honored and humbled that I get to guide women to their inner wisdom so they can feel capable, safe and ready to move forward in life, whether that's having that seemingly impossible conversation or going after a big dream.In my free time you’ll find me cheering at my sons’ soccer games, doing Kundalini yoga, hanging out in nature (beach + mountains!), taking classes for my own expansion or exploring Tuscany with my husband, 3 teenage boys and dog Stella.How cool that our worlds have connected!
